Fourth Musical Scout Regiment

The Scout Movement in Al-Hasakah began in 1935 in the form of brass bands and ceremonies, but faced many setbacks due to wars in the region and political turmoil, leading to several interruptions.

In early 1997, the troop obtained a new license that continues to this day, welcoming members of all ages. The troop has now grown to 225 members who participate continuously in activities and camps.

The Fourth Scout Troop is the only scouting group in the city of Al-Hasakah, giving it a distinctive character as it serves all churches and denominations, contributing to numerous religious, national, official, and popular celebrations. They also participate in events and festivals held both within the country (Turkey, Lebanon) and abroad (Homs and Damascus).
